About Our Practice

The Right Therapist Makes All The Difference

Art and Soul Art Therapy is a small private practice psychotherapy group on the Connecticut shoreline. We are Masters-level creative clinicians who approach life and therapy from different angles, blending out-of-the-box thinking with the latest research in treatment techniques.
The therapeutic alliance between therapist and client is proven to be the most important factor in successful therapy.  Choosing the right therapist is as important as anything that will be offered in therapy.  At Art and Soul, we understand the importance of the perfect match and will strive to match skill-set as well as personality style to find each client's best fit.

Our Therapeutic Approaches

Healing Through Many Paths

We blend creative and evidence-based techniques, tailoring our approach to each client's unique needs and goals.

Making Therapy Accessible

We believe quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone. We are in-network with major insurance providers and offer special pricing for cash-paying clients.

Aetna

Anthem

Cigna

United (Oxford, Connecticare)

Husky (Medicaid)

We also work out-of-network with most major insurance companies and offer reduced rates for clients working with our supervised student therapists.
