The World Needs More Trauma Therapists! Become One Today!

My name is Briana Benn-Mirandi, LPC, CLAT. When I first got into private practice, I didn’t have the thousands of dollars to get me started in EMDR or similar trainings. But I needed something because I soon learned that everyone comes in with trauma! They may no know it when they complain of anxiety or depression, it at the root? It was trauma and I needed to be able to treat it. My masters program had taught me nothing about this!

I didn’t realize how lucky I was when I found was the amazing Yudit Maros (Yuditmaros.com). She charged me an incredibly “low” (read: “reasonable for my new practitioner budget”) fee, and trained me in a profound trauma technique that I have been using with great results ever since.

Fast forward… I now run two therapy centers and train many masters-level therapists. I INSIST they learn to treat trauma. I paid Yudit to train me so that I could teach my students as part of their internship, and each of my students is now a successful trauma therapist.

I wanted to give others affordable access to this accessible treatment. Brief Solution-Oriented Trauma Resolution (BSOTR) utilizes somatic experiencing, guided visualization, and some elements of hypnotherapy to guide the client to rescue their Younger Self from previous traumatic memories.

It blends beautifully with Internal Family Systems and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. It’s similar to shamanic soul-retrieval, except that we are guiding the client to retrieve their own soul fragments.

I’m in the process of improving on the training but want to get it out there for people to access sooner rather than later. The training costs only $275 (Current 2024 pricing) and includes about 4 hours of video training, and then a live 2-3 hour Q&A/ practice session which is offered periodically. Training in the technique also includes a one-year subscription to access the trainers portal on the website which gives access to updated materials and videos, as well as free invitations to join additional live trainings to practice and share feedback.
